Welcome to our Sonoma 2023 team page. Our 2023 are currently HS sophomores. Already having one season of HS lacrosse under their belt, these players will be looking to take the next step. The competition level has risen and we must do the same in turn. We will focus on giving our young men more complex concepts to prepare them for some of the challenges they will face in HS. We will also take a return to fundamentals to make sure they are ready to COMPETE at their tryouts.
