Welcome to our Sonoma Girls HS Gold team page. Our Gold team has players who are currently in High School and recruiting / developing to win an NCS title is the name of the game. We have created a schedule which challenges them to be better players but also encourages them to get recruited by college coaches. Their development for their HS team is vital, but equally important is exposure to college coaches. We are still developing our summer schedule and will finalize that in the coming weeks.

There is the possibility of a third tournament in January, but it currently it is not set.
Fall Practice Schedule
We are working out the details of our fall schedule but it will include workouts most Sundays in fall. We are looking to add some box lacrosse to our training sessions as well as some field time.
We use Sundays to avoid conflicts with other sports as many of our players play volleyball, soccer, or basketball.
